When will my order ship?

Once your order ships (within 1-3 business days of placing your order), a tracking number will be provided to you. If you have not received tracking information, please contact customer service by email within 48 hours of when the order is placed.

Can I exchange my order?

At asutrainer, if you're not happy with your online purchase within the first 30 days, we'd be delighted to exchange it for something else! Just get in touch with our customer service team at info@asutrainer.com and they'll guide you through the process. *Please note that the cost of returning the product is at your own expense

What should I know before sending the products for online exchange?

* All products must be returned in original condition
along with any relevant paperwork, accessories, manuals and the original packaging.

  • Items that have been damaged or defaced will not be eligible for replacements.
  • The parcel as well as its contents are the buyer’s responsibility until they reach ASU Trainer.
  • We advise you to always use a trackable shipment type when returning goods.
    ASU Trainer does not take any responsibility for replacing goods that have been delayed, lost or damaged in transit.
  • Please note that the cost of returning the product is at your own expense.

Will I be charged sales/use tax?
