Shipping policy

We ship across the United States and want your gear to reach you quickly and reliably.

Free shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $100 or more. For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery estimates

Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships so you can follow it to your door.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@monfitness.com and we'll make it right.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the 50 United States only. We are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses or U.S. territories at this time.
